The two kilometre long panoramic winter hiking trail on Fürenalp, away from the hustle and bustle of winter, invites you to switch off and enjoy the fantastic views. The red 8-seater gondola takes hikers from the valley to the Fürenalp mountain station, where the winter hiking trail starts. It is pleasant to walk on with a slight incline. The view of the surrounding mountains such as Spannort, Hahnen and Titlis, which rise imposingly to the sky, is even more impressive from here. And if you meet another day with a blue sky, it is impossible to keep your camera in your pocket. Back at the mountain station you can stop for a bite to eat in the Fürenalp mountain restaurant. Let the restaurant team spoil you on the sun terrace or in the rustic restaurant. Return to the valley with the gondola lift.

    Author’s recommendation

Make sure that you have enough time to eat in the mountain restaurant Fürenalp. The regional specialities are freshly prepared and served with many others.
