Älplerseil

You have your equipment and food ready and want to go up the mountain? Here you will find all the information about the area and the cable car.

With the "Älplerseil" you get from Untertrübsee to Trübsee. In summer, the cable car can be reached on foot, by bike or by car from Engelberg. In winter the cable car is located at the ski slope between Trübsee and Engelberg.

The cable car runs daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on call.

During the off-season in spring as well as autumn the cable car is closed.

Gastronomy

Exercise in the open air gives hunger. In the restaurant Untertrübsee you can sit comfortably.

Restaurant Untertrübsee

The restaurant Untertrübsee is located directly below the valley station of the Älplerseil. The home-style restaurant is nestled in the wonderful mountain world of Engelberg. In winter the ski slope leads directly past it and in summer various hiking trails start there.
